Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
